Care Management – $120 per hour [capped at 10% of your total funding] *All services, except transport, are billed per hour. Transport is billed per trip. A trip is one way. For pricing for transport over 50km, please phone the office. 48 hours notice is required to cancel services without charge. Cancellation within 48 hours of a rostered service will be billed in full. Please phone 02 4981 4404 to cancel a service or request service variations. All Services commencing before 06:00 or after 18:00 attract an additional 25% loading. There is a minimum of 1 hour for all services. All services are billed in 30 minute increments after the initial 1 hour. Package Management fees will not be charged from 1st November, 2025 as per the Support at Home guidelines. Care Management fees will be capped at 10% of total funding from 1st November, 2025 as per the Support at Home guidelines.
