Contact My Aged Care
Seniors who want to stay at home can access a range of support services and clinical care. Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or go online to www.myagedcare.gov.au to book an ACAT assessment or alternatively talk to your doctor about arranging an assessment.
Receive your package assignment
My Aged Care will send you a letter to tell you that you have been assigned a Support at Home package. You will have 56 days to enter into an agreement with a provider.
